CHILDREN'S POLICY
- A child under 4 years old is accommodated free of charge if sharing a room (not a family suite)
- A child 4 years old and older sharing a bedroom with 2 adults pays third person sharing rate
- A child 4 years old and older sharing a bedroom with 1 adult pays the per person sharing rate and constitutes double occupancy
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be in writing at all times.
- 60 days prior to arrival at Woodall Country House and Spa, the agent has the right to cancel 10% of rooms being held at that date without cancellation fees being payable.
- Within 60 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on rooms cancelled.
- Within 30 Days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
- If more than 50% of the rooms are held for any given booking, Woodall Country House and Spa reserves the right to amend the tour cancellation and amendment policy to protect against loss of income due to late cancellations.
- Should Woodall Country House and Spa be in a position to accept another confirmed reservation, (not more than 60 days prior to arrival) Woodall Country House and Spa shall have the right to request the confirmation of the reservation made within 48 hours of receipt of advice either:
- Confirm the reservation in writing and then furnish Woodall Country House and Spa with a deposit not less than 50% of the value of the reservation within 7 days, or
- Cancel the reservation
- Guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive are subject to a 100% ‘no-show' fee on the booked value for the entire stay.
- The cancellation policy is applicable regardless of whether payments have or have not been received by Woodall Country House
