Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled by the client, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
- 30 to 45 days prior to planned departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
- 21 to 30 days prior to the planned tour departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit plus 25%
- 20 days or less to the planned tour departure date, no refund.
If the reservation is cancelled by the operator, who reserves the right to do so in its discretion, then the full amount paid, shall be refunded to the client
Wild Coast Adventure Day Tour
Guests are collected at the requested collection point in East London. We travel out of the city and onto the Jikeleza Route. The first stop is Areena Riverside Resort, where the group prepares for a morning full of adventure. The guests sign in and are issued their gear for the quad bike ride and the zip line. We then depart on the bikes into the game area and ride up to where the zipline begins. We then enjoy the zipline through the gorge and return to the bikes once this is finished. The group then rides the quad bikes back to the reception.
The tour then departs for Morgan Bay, where the group enjoys a fantastic buffet lunch at the Morgan Bay Hotel. After lunch the tour continues over the Kei Mouth Pond into the former Transkei. The group meets Trevor at the Trennery’s Hotel in the Wild Coast and departs on their forest and river adventure with him, learning all about the local fauna and flora and all the local traditions of the area. The group returns to the Trennery’s Hotel and then departs for East London, to be back before dark. Guests are dropped off at their required location in East London.
