Stable Cottages have been decorated and styled according to the old cape cottages. They all have luxury amenities and are an affordable establishment to base yourself to explore the Sundays River Valley. There are numerous activities in and around the area to enjoy while you stay at The Stable Cottages.
It consists of six cottages of which two of them are family units and a wine bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy selected wines and a la carte menus. There is plenty of space for children to run around, play and also a 12-meter swimming pool to cool off in the hot summer days.
Guests can also enjoy guided game drives into the Addo National Park from Stable Cottages with the Elephant House guided game drives next door.
Facilities & Services
The facilities at Stable Cottages are family friendly and of a high standard. The standard rates include breakfast, which is enjoyed at the Wine Bar & Restaurant as is all the other meals if guests would like to make use of the restaurant facilities. There are a number of excursions available. Please enquire with us for bookings and what is available or one can book excursions at the Elephant House reception.

- A deposit of 50% secures your reservation
- Confirmed Bookings of 3 or more rooms: a 50% deposit is required
- Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: 50% of full accommodation costs payable
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 75% of full accommodation costs payable
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% of full accommodation costs payable
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms
