Children policy:
Children are accommodated on the following conditions:
- Only if there are two full paying adults in a business class suite or larger suite. Children are accommodated on a sleeper couch and breakfast rates are applicable
- 1 child aged between 12 - 17 years of age
- 2 children under the age of 12 years of age
- Children aged between 1-4 years old, (Complementary)
- Children aged between 5 - 11 years of age, (50% discount)
- Children aged 12 years and older pay full breakfast rate

If the reservation is cancelled by the client, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
- 30 to 45 days prior to planned departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit
- 21 to 30 days prior to the planned tour departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit plus 25%
- 20 days or less to the planned tour departure date, no refund.
If the reservation is cancelled by the operator, who reserves the right to do so in its discretion, then the full amount paid, shall be refunded to the client.
