Manor 38

Manor 38 is situated in the sea-side suburb of Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth. They offer exclusively designed luxury and executive guest suites for the discerning business travellers or tourists. The spacious suites at Manor 38 feature comfortable beds, luxury amenities and en-suite bathrooms. The pool area offers guests an ideal environment in which to relax and enjoy outdoor dining. Breakfast is prepared by your host as well as other requested meals as she is a qualified chef.

At Manor 38 the facilities are well maintained and are of the highest quality. The guesthouse is close to the beach and the Boardwalk casino complex. There are remote gates for security, as well as secure parking. 2 Lounges and 6 bedrooms are together with a spacious dining area for guests to enjoy and also a central pool area.

Policy on children staying with parents:

• We are unable to accommodate children less than 10 years of age. For children of 10 years of age and older, full tariffs applies, e.g. per person sharing or single room occupancy. Our swimming pool is unprotected; therefore we discourage children who are not able to swim.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made one to seven days before the actual arrival date.
• Cancellations received between eight and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited.
• For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
• In order to avoid misunderstanding, we require written instructions, together with your banking details, to cancel your reservation. Manor Collection Guest Houses will then refund the applicable amount within seven days. A 15 percent administration fee will be charged, while an additional R185 will be levied on SWIFT accounts.

Other disclosures:

• Basic terms of payment - payment due on booking; deposits 50 percent; balance on arrival.
• Discounts and specials and deposit requirements do not apply to peak periods or bookings that take up a portion of peak periods.
• Rates may increase during peak seasons, long weekends and special events. For bookings during peak periods, a 100 percent deposit is required.
• All rates per person per night ,unless otherwise indicated
• Special requirements might have a rate implication depending on the request
• Room allocations may change depending on circumstances

• No cheques accepted
• Payments can be made by direct deposit (Fax Deposit slip) cash or credit card.
