Children policy:
- We are unable to accommodate children less than 10 years of age. For children of 10 years of age and older, full tariffs applies, e.g. per person sharing or single room occupancy. Our swimming pool is unprotected; therefore we discourage children who are not able to swim.

- Basic terms of payment - payment due on booking; deposits 50 percent; balance on arrival.
- Discounts and specials and deposit requirements do not apply to peak periods or bookings that take up a portion of peak periods.
- Rates may increase during peak seasons, long weekends and special events. For bookings during peak periods, a 100 percent deposit is required.

- Payments can be made by direct deposit (Fax Deposit slip) cash or credit card.
- The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made one to seven days before the actual arrival date.
- Cancellations received between eight and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited.
- For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
- In order to avoid misunderstanding, we require written instructions, together with your banking details, to cancel your reservation. Manor Collection Guest Houses will then refund the applicable amount within seven days. A 15 percent administration fee will be charged, while an additional R185 will be levied on SWIFT accounts.
