Idwala Lodge, which means "Place of the rock", is set on a rocky outcrop that overlooks some beautiful lush valleys. Early morning and evening game drives are included in your visit and guests will have the opportunity to view the Big 5 in their natural environment on a spectacular private game reserve. Guests will enjoy the sounds of the bush when they retire to their chalets and wake up to bird song in the mornings. After a great day exploring the African bush, guests can enjoy African folklore and traditional stories around the fire and delight in fantastic meals. Guests can also enjoy cocktails at the bar area or relax around the swimming pool. Idwala Lodge can be exclusively hired out for a very personal and private African escape.
