Late check-out can be arranged by prior arrangement with the management.
• Children are welcome at Ibhayi Guest Lodge.
• For booking and rate purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12.
• Child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
• A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival.
• In the event of notification of cancellation or no-show, the following cancellation fee will apply on the full booking:
1. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
- Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
- bhayi Guest Lodge reserves the right to admit any guests(s) and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest(s) whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff.
- Rates include: accommodation, tea/coffee and breakfast.
- Rates exclude: all drinks, laundry, telephone calls, transfers, gratuities and any other items of a personal nature.
- No levies are charged at present
