Hlosi Game Lode

Hlosi Game Lodge is a luxury 5-star establishment which is ideal for families or a small group of friends. The lodge accommodates guests in 4 luxury suites and 2 family suites. Guests tend to arrive at a Game Lodge not really knowing what to expect, but at Hlosi they will be pleasantly surprised from the time they get collected at the Bushmans River Conservancy reception to the minute they leave. After being collected at the reception, guests will be transferred through a small section of the reserve to the lodge by their guide who will give the guests a short briefing about the lodge. The professional service and attention to detail at Hlosi leave guests feeling spoilt and well treated.

The lodge is open to the bush and there are no fences to separate the lodge and the animals. Guests often see animals roaming close to the lodge and cheetah have been seen a number of times taking a stroll on the boardwalks. Guests are sure to leave Hlosi with a memorable experience telling their friends and families all about their journey to the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Hlosi Game Lodge offers excellent services and facilities to in-house guests. All meals are included in the overnight rate and all game activities are also included. If there is any requirement that a guest would like, it is encouraged to communicate with the lodge managers and they will make every effort together with the staff to satisfy your request.

Late check out policy:
Late check-out is only at the lodge management's discretion and is only considered by prior arrangement.

Policy on children staying with parents:

• Children will only be accepted at Bukela Game Lodge by special arrangement
• Child rate applies when sharing with 2 adults

Cancellation Policy:
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival.

In the event of notification of cancellation or no show, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee

Other disclosures:

• All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT
• For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12
• Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
• Hlosi Game Lodge reserves the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behavior impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff
