4 Day Eastern Cape Golf Tour

TOUR SUMMARY:

Day 1: Arrive Port Elizabeth – Play St Francis Links - Overnight in St Francis Bay

Day 2: Depart for Port Elizabeth – Play Humewood Golf Course – Travel & overnight Port Alfred

Day 3: Play Royal Port Alfred – Overnight Port Alfred

Day 4: Play Fish River Sun – Depart for East London or Port Elizabeth.

DAY 1: ARRIVE PORT ELIZABETH – PLAY ST FRANCIS LINKS - OVERNIGHT IN ST FRANCIS 

Golfers arrive at the Port Elizabeth Airport and are met by their driver guide from Lyon Tours & Safaris and shown to the vehicle. The golfers are then transported to the St Francis Links where they enjoy their first round of golf while the driver/guide checks the luggage in on their behalf. After the round of golf they enjoy a relaxed time at the club house before being transported to their overnight accommodation in St Francis where they settle in and enjoy a welcome braai and then a good night rest.

DAY 2: TRAVEL TO PORT ELIZABETH – PLAY HUMEWOOD GOLF CLUB – OVERNIGHT PORT ALFRED

Players enjoy an early breakfast (7:00) after which they depart for Port Elizabeth, where they will enjoy a round on one of the more challenging courses along our coast line, Humewood Golf Club. Players collect their golf carts and cards and any accessories they require and head for the first tee box for an exhilarating round of golf. Once the players return to the clubhouse they have an opportunity to enjoy lunch and relax. The tour then continues to Port Alfred where the golfers will overnight. Guests enjoy a dinner out at a nearby restaurant (Own cost) and then return to the lodge for the night.

DAY 3: PLAY THE ROYAL PORT ALFRED – OVERNIGHT PORT ALFRED   

The players enjoy breakfast before departing for the Royal Port Alfred Golf Club, a few minutes away where they will enjoy another fantastic morning/afternoon playing golf. Once the players have collected their carts and got their cards as well as any other required equipment required, they tee off for the morning/afternoon. After their round the players have an opportunity to freshen up and enjoy a drink at the clubhouse. The group will then enjoy a final evening braai at the guest house as a farewell.

Accommodation overnight:        Option A: Carnoustie Guest House (DBB)

 DAY 4: PLAYERS DEPART PORT ALFRED – PLAY FISH RIVER SUN – TRAVEL TO EL/PE

 Players have a great breakfast and enjoy the morning travelling through To the Fish River Sun golf course and enjoy a morning round of golf at Fish River. The players collect all their carts and cards and any other required equipment and enjoy the rest of the day on the course. The player’s then enjoy a light lunch (at their own expense) before departing for Port Elizabeth or East London, whichever destination is pre-arranged.

If the reservation is cancelled by the client, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:

• 30 to 45 days prior to planned departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
• 21 to 30 days prior to the planned tour departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit plus 25%
• 20 days or less to the planned tour departure date, no refund.

If the reservation is cancelled by the operator, who reserves the right to do so according to his discretion, then the full amount paid shall be refunded to the client.
