The Sundays River Valley is well known for producing high quality citrus and has fantastic indigenous vegetation for animals to enjoy and for guests to enjoy walking through. Guests are encouraged to experience the working citrus farm they find themselves on and participate in one of the tours on offer or visit the Addo Dung Beetle conservation project that is run from this farm.

Some of the available tours available are guided tours into the Addo National Park, Elephant back safaris, Daniell Cheetah Breeding, day trip packages can also be arranged to Private Game Reserves if guests would like. Addo Dung Beetle Guest Farm has added new facilities which include an upper level lounge and breakfast section, sundowner deck, massage room and a gym. The 240 hectare camp which includes plains game (zebra, antelope and Girraffe) is available to guests. Citrus farm tours are also available for guests to participate in and the Dung Beetle conservation program is very unique.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children between 4 and 11 years are charged half the adult rates.
- Children younger than 3 years stay for free.
- Children older than 12 years are charged full price.
- Cot is available for children younger than 2 years.
Cancellation Policy:
- The full deposit will be forfeited less than 7 days.
- 7 to14 days prior to arrival date - 75% of the deposit
- 14 to 21 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the deposit
- 21 to 28 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the deposit
