5 Third Avenue Guest House is an ideal place to overnight or spend a few nights if you are visiting Port Elizabeth for business and they also cater for tourists. Meals are prepared on request, but the rooms are all equipped with kitchenettes for your catering needs. Cancellation Policy:
- The full payment will be charged for cancellations made on arrival or during the stay.
- Full deposit paid will be charged for cancellations made between 0 and 14 days prior to arrival date or no-shows.
- 75% of deposit paid will be charged for cancellations made between 15 and 28 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of deposit paid will be charged for cancellations made 29 days or more prior to arrival date.
