Golfers can be collected at the following places:

- 24 hour chauffer driver + vehicle at groups disposal for the duration of the tour
Cancellation policy
If the reservation is cancelled by the client, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
- 30 to 45 days prior to planned departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
- 21 to 30 days prior to the planned tour departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit plus 25%
- 20 days or less to the planned tour departure date, no refund.
If the reservation is cancelled by the operator, who reserves the right to do so according to his discretion, then the full amount paid shall be refunded to the client
5 Day Garden Route Golf Tour
Golfers have the opportunity to play golf on some of the Garden Route's top golf courses. This particular tour includes the following courses: Pezula golf course, St Francis Links (which is a Jack Nicholas signature course), Simola Golf Estate (which is also a Jack Nicolas design) and the Goose Valley golf course (which was designed by Gary Player). Golfers will have the chance to relax and unwind at the Thatchwood Guest house, which overlooks the St Francis Bay Golf Course, on the first night. Throughout the rest of the tour, the golfers will enjoy their nights at the Redbourne Country House in Plettenburg Bay. There will be leisure time available to enjoy some of the local flavour in Plettenburg Bay and to try some of the restaurants and bars.
TOUR SUMMARY:
Day 1: Depart East London/ Port Elizabeth – Play St Francis Links – over night in St Francis
Day 2: Play Pezula – Overnight Plettenberg Bay
Day 3: Play Simola – Overnight Plettenberg Bay
Day 4: Play Goose Valley / Plettenberg Bay Golf Club – Overnight Plettenberg Bay
Day 5: Depart Plettenberg Bay and travel to Port Elizabeth/ East London
DAY 1: DEPART EAST LONDON/PORT ELIZABETH
Players are collected at their meeting point and then depart early for St Francis Bay, where they will enjoy their first round of Golf at the St Francis Links Golf Course. After their golf game the guests freshen up and spend the night in St Francis Bay, enjoying a braai evening at the accommodation establishment.

DAY 2: DEPART FOR KNYSNA – PLAY SIMOLA – OVERNIGHT IN PLETTENBERG BAY
Players depart after an early breakfast and travel straight to Knysna, where they play the Simola Golf Estate course. The players play their round of golf and freshen up before returning to Plettenberg Bay, where they will overnight at Redbourne Country House.

DAY 3: PLAY PEZULA – OVERNIGHT PLETTENBERG BAY
The players enjoy an early breakfast and depart for Pezula, where they will enjoy 18 holes during the morning and early afternoon. After playing, the players freshen up before the group returns to Redbourne Country Lodge for the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 4: PLAY GOOSE VALLEY – DEPART FOR EAST LONDON
The days starts with breakfast before departing for the Goose Valley Golf Course. Guests play 18 holes on this magnificent course and afterwards the players have a chance to freshen up and relax at the clubhouse before returning to Redbourne for the rest of the day at leisure. The vehicle and driver are at the group's disposal 24 hours a day to allow guests to enjoy the surrounding areas.

DAY 5: DEPART FOR EAST LONDON/PORT ELIZABETH
The players all enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out and travelling through to Port Elizabeth or East London to be dropped off at the end of the tour.
Participant guidelines
Transport
The vehicle used to transport guests is dependant on the number of passengers. For 4-6 players, a VW Passenger vehicle is used. For 7-12 passengers, a 14-seater quantum will be used. For 13 - 20 passengers, a 22-seater Mercedes Benz Sprinter is used.

Your golf clubs and golfing equipment. It would also be a good idea to bring along a few other items:
