Day 1: Arrive Port Elizabeth – Travel to Addo National Park – The Stables
Day 2: Depart Addo – Travel to Mountain Zebra National Park – Overnight at Die Tuishuise
Day 3: Depart die Tuishuise and travel to Graaff Reinet – Arrive at Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve
Day 4: Depart Mount Camdeboo – Travel to Port Elizabeth.

DAY 1: ARRIVE PORT ELIZABETH – TRAVEL TO ADDO NATIONAL PARK

Guests arrive at Port Elizabeth airport where you will be met by a representative from Lyon Tours & Safaris. (Or at selected point of collection, Hotel, Bed & breakfast or Guest House) The tour guide then accompanies the guests to the vehicle in preparation for departure. Guests enjoy a short and comfortable drive to Addo region to check in at The Stable Cottages for the night. If departure is in the morning then the group/tour will enjoy a drive through the Addo National Park during the afternoon with their guide.

Guests enjoy the property while their guide prepares dinner over an open fire. A traditional South African braai is made and guests enjoy the evening in good company and good food.

DAY 2: ADDO NATIONAL PARK – CRADOCK & MOUNTAIN ZEBRA NATIONAL PARK

The guests depart on an early game drive conducted in the Addo National. Your guide interprets all the interesting things about and in the park for the duration of the game drive. On return to the lodge a delicious breakfast is served to guests in the restaurant. Guests then have a chance to freshen up and prepare for the short journey into the Karoo. Guests stop and check into their accommodation in Cradock before traveling into the Mountain Zebra National Park for the afternoon.

Guests enjoy a couple hours in this beautiful and scenic park. A drinks and snacks stop is enjoyed at a view point before heading out of the park and back to Die Tuishuise. A Karoo dinner is enjoyed at the hotel before guests retire to their old Karoo house on Market Street.

DAY 3: GRAAFF REINET - MOUNT CAMDEBOO PRIVATE GAME RESERVE

Today the tour continues after breakfast to Graaff Reinet where a visit to the Valley of Desolation is enjoyed. The tour then has a short drive through Graaff Reinet to Mount Camdeboo Private Game Reserve where high tea is served and enjoyed before going on an open vehicle wildlife safari.

The safari returns to the lodge and guests have an opportunity to freshen up before dinner. Dinner is enjoyed on the verandah or in the dining room dependant on weather conditions.

DAY 4: PORT ELIZABETH - DEPART

Enjoy an early game drive and breakfast at the lodge before departing for Port Elizabeth for your departure in the afternoon and the end of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled by the client, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:

30 to 45 days prior to planned departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
21 to 30 days prior to the planned tour departure date, a refund of the amount paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit plus 25%
20 days or less to the planned tour departure date, no refund.

If the reservation is cancelled by the operator, who reserves the right to do so in its discretion, then the full amount paid, shall be refunded to the client.
